Aided and abetted by his ventriloquist cousin Wilbur, Elmer the patchwork elephant pretends to be blown away on the windiest day ever. When the laughter dies down, Elmer reassures the others that a heavy elephant is safe in the worst of gales - and then gets blown away for real.
