Yoga and Eating Disorders Reviews

This book offers safe and effective ways to use the Tradition of Yoga for Healing. Safe because the authors are willing to draw boundaries on how to practice Yoga effectively. And effective because these authors have used the laboratory of personal practice in their own lives as well as with their clients. As one with a PhD concentrated in Yoga, I can recommend this book as a good resource! ~Bob Butera, PhD author of Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety and founder of YogaLife Institute in Pennsylvania
