Books by Thacher Hurd

Thacher Hurd is the author and illustrator of many books for children, including Mama Don't Allow, which won the Boston Globe Horn Book Award, and was a featured selection on Reading Rainbow; Art Dog; Zoom City, a New York Times Best Illustrated Book for Children; and Mystery on the Docks, also a Reading Rainbow book. This is Thacher's first book for Walker. He and his wife divide their time between Berkeley, California, and their family farm in Vermont
