Natalie Packer is an educational consultant who has worked as a Senior Adviser for the National Strategies, supporting the implementation of the Achievement for All project to improve outcomes for students with SEN, and as a Local Authority Adviser for Special Educational Needs and School Improvement. She has developed and delivered national training on a wide range of issues, including SEN, teaching and learning, and involving parents in education. She has primary headship experience and was a SENCO for a number of years.
Georghia Ellinas is an independent educational consultant and is currently working as Head of Learning (Interim) at Globe Education. Her other work is as an additional inspector for Ofsted, writer, teacher trainer and schools' adviser. She has worked with the RSC and The Globe on developing teachers' skills in teaching Shakespeare, was a Senior Adviser for the English programme in The Secondary National Strategies and has written a range of material on teaching reading and writing.
