Joe Wicks - aka The Body Coach - is the UK's best selling non-fiction author of 2016. Hailing from Epsom, Surrey but now a London local, Joe has always been interested in fitness & nutrition. His first job was in a local sports shop, followed by a stint as a lifeguard before heading to St Mary's University in Twickenham to study Sports Science. Posting #Leanin15 recipes on Instagram for inspiration (15 second videos, for 15 minute meals) Joe has taken the online nutrition world by storm and is a social media megastar. Joe's first book Lean in 15 topped the Amazon pre-order charts before release and went on to break publishing records, remaining at the Number 1 spot for weeks on end, as well as bursting into the top 5 cookbooks of all time. Lean in 15 has been translated into 18 languages and sold over 1 million copies in its first year of publishing. Joe's second book, Lean in 15: The Shape Plan went straight to number one in the book charts.
