Ian Davies has 40 years of experience as a qualified architect and has run and managed all types of building contracts, including traditional and Design and Build, on both large and small projects. Having been director of a small practice for over 20 years he has experience of all aspects of practice and a keen understanding of the pressures of the contract administration role. He now works as a consultant architect and party wall surveyor.
