Books by Elisabeth McNeill

Elizabeth McNeill was born in Newport, Fife. She was educated in Scotland and achieved her ambition of becoming a newspaper reporter on graduating from university. She married and lived in Bombay with her husband who worked as an engineer. Returning to live in Scotland in 1976 she went on to write her first book, Living With Loss an account on widowing. Her first novel The Shanghai Emerald was published in 1981. Since then she has written many novels and non-fiction books, including East of Aden published by Hale Books.
