Summary
A naval adventure, and a love story of divided wartime loyalties, set in Alexandria and the Mediterranean in the summer of 1942. Lt Cdr Ned Mitcheson falls for the half-Italian sister of the commander of an enemy ship. The author's other novels include Bloody Sunset and Look to the Wolves.

About Alexander Fullerton
Alexander Fullerton was a cadet at Dartmouth at the age of thirteen and went to sea serving first in the battleship Queen Elizabeth in the Mediterranean. His first novel SURFACE! sold over 500,000 copies. Then he worked on the 9-volume Nicholas Everard series that made his reputation.
