Foxing more noticeable towards start and end of book. Pencil inscriptions to front pastedown and pre title page. Frontis's tissue guard is tanned, foxed and creased. A few edge tears and creases, as expected with rough cut paper. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Spine is slightly sunned. Slightly scratched overall. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright. Book has a moderate forward lean.
