About Steve Parker

Born and raised in Scotland, Steve Parker now lives and works in Tokyo, Japan. In 2005, his short fiction started appearing in American SF/fantasy/horror magazines. In 2006, his story 'The Falls of Marakross' was selected for publication in Black Library's 'Tales from the Dark Millennium' anthology. When not writing, he divides his time between teaching, weight-training, non-traditional martial arts, and supporting wildlife conservation projects. Rebel Winter is his first novel.
