About Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor is a former practitioner who is now based mainly at Manchester Metropolitan University, although he also teaches at UMIST. He has an excellent grasp of the academic literature and will be commissioning research projects on retention in different sectors/areas, but they will always focus on the questions to which practitioners require answers. He is the author of our excellent student text on Employee Resourcing and has taken the lion's share of responsibility for the recent contents of our Case Study Club. He is co-author of Recruiting, Retaining and Developing Graduate Talent (FT/Prentice Hall).
