About Peter Halstead

Author: PETER HALSTEAD MA LLM is Senior Lecturer in Law and Human Rights at the University of Gloucestershire. He has over twenty-five years' experience teaching law at undergraduate and post graduate levels and is a retired solicitor who has worked in both private practice and local government. Series editors: JACQUELINE MARTIN LLM has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and has taught law at all levels. She is an experienced author and is also series editor of Key Cases and Unlocking the Law, both published by Hodder Arnold. CHRIS TURNER LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in Law at Wolverhampton University.
