The Revised English Bible is a version of the scriptures expressed in contemporary English. It is in use in Christian churches of all denominations round the UK and overseas and is used for academic study, private reading, and public worship. In this version, the New Testament is reissued on its own in a new jacket with the REB logo. It is intended for clergy and laity of all Christian denominations.
