About Moira Butterfield

Moira Butterfield wrote her first book when she was 8 years old; she glued photos of cats in an exercise book and wrote about them, too. Now she is an internationally published author of children's fiction and non-fiction. She lives in Bath and writes in a small office opposite a sweet shop. Stephanie Fizer Coleman is an illustrator, designer and generally curious girl living in West Virgina. She grew up in a rural area and the love of nature she developed as a child still influences her work today. She has developed a style of working that blends both digital and traditional elements and enjoys playing around with patterns, textures and brilliant colours in her work.
