Jessica Houdret's interest in herbs began over 20 years ago, when she started a business growing and selling herbs and ran workshops on their many uses. She is a long-standing member and a past Chairman of the Herb Society and was on the council of the British Herb Trade Association. Joanna Farrow is a freelance cookery writer and food stylist, contributing articles to various magazines and writing a diverse range of books on subjects ranging from family food to chocolate and cakes. Joanna has published many books, including Smooth and Juicy (Aquamarine) and Ice Creams and Iced Desserts (Lorenz Books).
