About Jenni Tavener

Jacquie Finlay is a Reception class teacher who has written extensively for Scholastic's early years list. Therese Finlay is a Reception teacher who has written extensively for Scholastic's early years list. Jenni Tavener is a reception teacher, writer and mother of two young children. She has written for Child Education, Infant Projects and Nursery Education magazines and is the author of a wide range of Scholastic early years books. She is a regular contributor to Early Years Activity Bank. Irene Yates was a primary school teacher and is now an educational consultant and writer, and Writer-in-Schools. She has written for Scholastic for many years. She is the author of over 120 books for other publishers as well as radio programmes for BBC Radio Education department.
