Success with Unusual Plants by James Compton
This collection of interesting and easy-to-cultivate plants have been chosen by James Compton, Garden Superintendent at London's Chelsea Physic Garden. The plants are not botanical weirdos, with little or no garden value: plants which grow massively tall and produce microscopically small flowers once every 20 years. Most are prolific, and all have been chosen for both their practical and aesthetic qualities. They can all be obtained commercially, and a list of specialist nurserymen and useful addresses worldwide is included.
