In these complex, stress-filled times many of us turn to extreme - often exotic - sources in the hope of gaining some enlightenment. But when we set out on the path of morality, meditation, and wisdom that we hope will lead us to nirvana, we can sometimes make our lives even more complicated than they were before. Worse still, we end up none the more enlightened for our pains. Enlightenment is not a complicated and elitist club from which some are excluded.
