Luke Zocchi is well-known for his work on international film sets as personal trainer to Chris Hemsworth for all of his film roles and other Hollywood A-listers - among them Cate Blanchett for her role as Hela, Marvel's first female villain. His popular online training programme has helped thousands of people around the world lose weight and tone up and he is a regular go-to commentator on all-things health and fitness on Australian television and radio as well as many international magazines including Mens Health and GM. Zocchi was always interested in sports and surfing and in his late teens his fitness training lead him to the tough world of boxing and some amateur boxing bouts.
