Lauren Davies is an author, screenwriter and film producer. She has written five successful novels including The Times top 10 debut Serve Cool, Water Wings and Swell. Lauren's film writing work iinclude the documentary Waveriders, which won Best Feature Documentary at the 2009 Film & TV Awards. A dedicated surfer, Lauren loves riding the cool waves of Northumberland where she lives with her husband and son. She is a Trustee of the environmental charity Surfers Against Sewage. Nico Williams began her career working for a leading UK fashion retailer, later becoming an illustrator as a means to align her ever-growing social consciousness. She is based in South London.
