Eleanor Hall first started practicing yoga in her twenties when looking for something to improve her stress- and anxiety-related health issues, and fell in love with the practice. Her journey then took her to India to learn the traditional teachings of yoga. With this Little Book she hopes to encourage some of you to start your yoga journey and enjoy all the benefits of this wonderful practice.
