David Kiely, a native of Dublin, has a background in advertising. He has travelled widely and written several books of fiction and non-fiction including the bestselling titles Deadlier Than the Male and Bloody Women. Christina McKenna is a Fine Arts graduate. She grew up in Derry and taught abroad for a number of years. She has exhibited both in Ireland and Europe. She published an acclaimed memoir, My Mother Wore a Yellow Dress in 2004. They live in Rostrevor in County Down.
