Andy West lives in Barcelona and reports on Spanish football for a number of international media outlets, including BBC Sport. He has been writing professionally about sport for 20 years, initially as head of media for Reading Football Club and later in a variety of freelance writing, broadcast and communications roles for the likes of Manchester City, The Football Association and Euroleague Basketball. Lionel Messi and the Art of Living is his first book.
