The No. 1 Car Spotter Goes to School by Atinuke
Oluwalase Babatunde Benson is the No. 1 car spotter in his village – probably the world! In this fourth book about an endearing young African boy, No. 1, and his best friend, Coca-Cola, No. 1 befriends a couple of American visitors and teaches them a thing or two about goats. And his dream of going to school comes true as well. But learning to read and write means that No. 1 has little time at home and even less time to spend with his grandfather. And there is something very important to learn that only Grandfather can teach him.
