Summary

In the summer of 1918, Count Nikolai Solovyev pleads with Lt Bob Cowan for help in rescuing five females, including two of the Tsar's daughters. Cowan wants to help, but the Royal Navy's task is to fight Turks and Germans, not Bolsheviks. The author also wrote the "Everard" series of novels.

About Alexander Fullerton

Alexander Fullerton was a cadet at Dartmouth at the age of thirteen and went to sea serving first in the battleship Queen Elizabeth in the Mediterranean. His first novel SURFACE! sold over 500,000 copies. Then he worked on the 9-volume Nicholas Everard series that made his reputation.
