Robert Armstrong is the President of Communications M dias inc., a Montreal-based company specialized in broadcast regulatory issues and strategic planning for radio, television, film and new media. He has also occupied diverse senior management positions in media organizations such as the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and Telefilm Canada. Armstrong has taught economics and economic history at the Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres, the University of Ottawa, McGill University, and Duke University and is the author of many articles in the economic analysis of law, broadcasting and film.
