With more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry, he has an in-depth knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.

CHARLES PLUTA is a technical consultant and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) that has authored several certification exams, lab guides, and learner guides for various technology vendors. As a technical consultant, Charles has assisted small, medium, and large organizations deploy and maintain their IT infrastructure.
